I'm a 41 year old mother of 5, had 5 kids in 8 years. My 2nd and 3rd children are twins so if you have kids you can imagine the strain my body has been through. My last child had eczema so I felt really guilty that I wasn't able to have taken better care of my body before having him.
I tried everything in between my births to take care of myself to make sure I didn't get the joint pains and incontinence my mother has been experiencing her whole life after having given birth to 6 kids.
For me I was battling incontinence for 7 years, then later constipation for about 4 years, and finally this last year I had joint pains in my hands and knees and ringing in the ear or tinnitus (where I actually heard the 'ding ding ding' and hissing sounds for about 3 months) and sinusitis almost all year round the last year. I usually had sinusitis during the winter times but that changed after the birth of my last child.
I tried herbal medicine, herbal supplements, acupuncture, and they all worked well before I had my kids, but afterwards, for some reason nothing seemed to help really. I took yoga and tried walking then jogging to build my body up slowly, but it was so hard to walk jump and run because I would constantly pee. Nothing helped my incontinence and after my last child my incontinence became so bad I had to carry extra underwear and clothes in my car and office just in case I had an accident. When I went walking after two laps on the track I needed to change my very soaked pad, or go home to change.
So very reluctantly I took my first cup of Total Swiss Fit Solution. At first the moment I took it, I experienced the worst stomach ache ever. For two minutes I was rolling around on the floor mat, cursing my husband for convincing me to drink this but all of a sudden, I had to go to the bathroom and I had the best bowl movement ever after having been constipated for almost 3-4 days. A lot of black feces came out and ever since then, for the last month, I have been regular, going at least 1-2 times a day. Even right when I wake up, without taking any water in the morning, or not eating breakfast, I just get up and go to the bathroom to empty my bowls.
About 5-6 days later of taking Fit Solution, I realized that I had not worn a panty liner and that's when I realized that I had not peed by mistake or had an accident. I tested myself and took a big leap and a jump, then I started moving swiftly around my living room to see if I was not dripping any urine! Then the next day, I was looking in the mirror at myself and I noticed that all the bloatedness that I had on my stomach for 8 years had disappeared and my waste line had reappeared. I am able to wear all the clothes I put away for 8 years, I am a size 4 again (was a size 8 after I had my kids) with no bulge to deal with.
At the same time, after about 5 days, I noticed the aches I had in my left fingers were slowly unstiffening and my left knee where I could not make straight right when I got out of bed, was not in pain. I can now stand up and down without any problem when I lift my baby off the ground. Before I had to take baby steps and limp for a while until I could fully straighten my leg.
About 3 weeks later, and this is only because I was so excited about all my ailments disappearing, that I noticed I had no ringing in the ear. I'm sure it must have gone away earlier, but I just noticed it later on. I wasn't having problems going to bed because of the sound. I always had a high toned hissing sound but that too is also completely gone now!
So in conclusion, I have no more constipation or incontinence, sinusitis or tinnitus, joint pain is also gone and I am not as tired or exhausted as I used to be. Yes I am still sleepy sometimes because taking care of 5 small children is still difficult even though Fit Solution has somehow miraculously made my body workable again. I am still in the process of trying to find out what happened to my body as I took Fit Solution, because like a lie or a miracle my body has not felt this good since I was a teenager. And honestly I don't think I felt this good even when I was a teenager.
I also just recently got my period again after not having it for 2 years (due birth and breast feeding) and I had zero pain. I usually had a bloated tummy, stomach pain and back pain for 3 days. I had to sleep to feel better or take something to make me feel better, but this time, I had no pain.
So this is my experience having taken Total Swiss Fit Solution for just 40 days. And I have yet to see what more it can do for my body. When I go for a walk or light run on the treadmill, I also feel great taking in deep relaxing breathes. I will write again in another month to share my situation again. I hope this helps anyone who is curious about the product. I do wish there was more information about Fit Solution in English!!
These are the Korean cans, I don't have any cans with the English on it because I bought these in Korea. This product is made in the Swiss and it was developed in Germany.
